2026 Summer Swim Team General Registration Information
For Swimmers Ages 5 - 18
The 2026 summer swim season will begin on Monday, April 6, 2026, and continue through July 2026. The team has been hard at work behind the scenes putting together a fun and competitive season for our athletes and their families.
RETURNING SWIMMERS (SWIMMER WAS A MEMBER OF THE 2025 TEAM)
Registration for returning swimmers opened January 4, 2026, and will end at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026. Returning swimmers who register during this time period will retain their place on the summer swim team. If you are eligible for priority registration you will have received an email with a private link to the registration site and instructions on how to register. Returning swimmers who do not register during this time will forfeit their returning swimmer status and must register IN PERSON during new swimmer registration on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
Please note that participation in prior Arden Park Fall Swim Programs does not confer “returning swimmer” status to a swimmer for the 2026 summer season registration.
NEW SWIMMERS (SWIMMER AGES 5 - 18)
Registration for new swimmers will be IN PERSON on SATURDAY, January 31, 2026, at the Arden Park Community Center
For all new swimmers (siblings of a returning swimmer, or former members wanting to return to the team, please email [email protected]) registration will be in person at the Arden Park Community Center, located at 1000 La Sierra Drive, on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Please see the “New Swimmers” page under the "Registration" tab for more information on registering a new swimmer.

Volunteer Requirements
The Arden Park Dolphins Swim Team prides itself on well-run meets, which are due entirely to our dedicated parent volunteers! Each family will be required to sign up for a certain number of team volunteer jobs during the season. The exact number of jobs will be determined after registration. Jobs for the Conference Championship Meet held in July are additional jobs that all families attending Champs will be required to sign-up for.
Each year we strive to ensure each family contributes by fulfilling their share of jobs. Yet, inevitably, a few families simply do not complete their volunteer commitment, resulting in more work for the other families. Therefore, during registration families are required to have on file an active credit card in their family's SwimTopia account. At the end of the season, if a family's required volunteer shifts were not completed, your family account will be charged $350.
Families with ONLY high school swimmers are exempt from job requirements during the regular season. All families attending Champs are required to sign up for volunteer jobs.
Northern California Swim League Registration
The Arden Park Dolphins Swim Team is a member of the Northern California Swim League. In addition to registering with the Arden Park Dolphins, each swimmer must also register with NCSL and pay a $20 fee per swimmer with the Northern California Swim League (NCSL) at www.norcalswimleague.com. Please note that the NCSL fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Before registering a new swimmer with NCSL, please be sure that the swimmer has a confirmed spot on the team.
2025 Registration Fees
Registration fees for the 2026 summer season:
$350 for the first swimmer
$300 for the first sibling swimmer
$275 for the second sibling swimmer
$250 for the third sibling swimmer
$225 for the fourth sibling swimmer
$150 for high school age swimmer
(A high school age swimmer is a swimmer in 9th-12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. A non-high school sibling of a high school swimmer is considered the first swimmer and will be subject to a registration fee of $350)
