Help Shape the Future of Our Swim Team!

As we wrap up another great season, we’re looking ahead and preparing for next year—and we’d love to have you involved!

Several Board positions are opening up, and we’re looking for parents who are willing to help keep our team strong. Serving on the Board is a wonderful way to make a positive impact on our swimmers and our swim community. Board terms are 3 years, and we meet once a month throughout the year. Board members are welcome to run again for additional terms—there are no term limits.

The following positions are open:
●Vice President (1 year serving as Vice President, followed by 2 years as President)
●Treasurer
●Secretary

If you’d like to be considered for the ballot or have questions about any of the roles, please reply to this email by Sunday, July 19. We’d be happy to tell you more about what’s involved.
Board elections will be held electronically the week after Champs. Each family is allowed one vote, so please be sure to participate. If you have not received your electronic ballot by Wednesday, July 22, please reply to this email so we can make sure you’re included.

Our swim team only succeeds because of the incredible families who volunteer their time and talents. Whether you’ve been involved for years or are considering helping for the first time, we’d love to hear from you. Thank you for helping make our team such a special place for our kids!
