CHECK-IN: Check-in tables will be open by 12:30 p.m. Swimmers must check in by 1:00 p.m. for all events. Failure to check-in may result in the swimmer being scratched. All late arrivals should check in with the Administrative Official. TIMES: The meet will start at 2:00 p.m. on both days, and warm-ups will begin no later than 1:10 p.m. Late arrivals may swim in their registered events if room is available, and at the discretion of the Administrative Official. SCRATCHES: Any swimmer not reporting to or competing in an event shall not be penalized. Swimmers wishing to scratch an event withdrawal must inform the Administrative Official Meet Referee immediately. SNACK BAR: A limited snack bar will be available. |
