What a swim meet on Saturday! We came out with another win, way to go Dolphins!

West Sac – 385

We are now 5-0! We have one swim meet left against Laguna Creek (July 11th) before Championships! We once again need all Dolphins to show up and give it all they got!

There is no swim meet this week! We hope everyone enjoys their 4th of July Weekend!

SPIRIT WEEK

This week is Spirit week! Come prepared to have fun!

Monday – Make Waves Monday
No lane lines, no problem! We'll follow the black line and see how straight we can swim without lane lines to guide us.

Tuesday – Teamwork Tuesday
Find a friend (or two) to swim with. Everything we do will be with your partner! Don't have one? No problem—we'll match you up at practice.

Wednesday – Wear Your Wardrobe Wednesday
Swimming in your clothes is always fun... and surprisingly difficult! Grab an oversized t-shirt, shorts, pajama pants, or whatever you can safely swim in. The more layers, the bigger the challenge!

Thursday – Take Your Chance Thursday
Draw cards to determine strokes, sets, relays, and challenges. Anything can happen!

Friday – Fun Friday
Morning practice only. No afternoon swim. Enjoy your 4th of July weekend!

CHAMPIONSHIPS SIGN-IN

Sign-ins for Championships and our last meet is open! Go in and declare your attendance ASAP. These next couple weeks are going to be busy preparing for Champs and the end of the season! We need all AP Dolphins at Champs to make sure we end the season strong! This is what we prepare all season for!

MAKEUP PICTURE DAY

Picture Day makeups will be this Tuesday, June 30^th, at 5:00pm at Arden Park.

Championship shirt and cap orders will be coming soon!
