Hello AP Dolphins,

The 1st day of practice is just one week away! We are so excited to see all of our swimmers at the pool next Tuesday, April 1st. Practices will be Monday-Fridays (no practice next Monday, March 31^st) with times as follows:

• 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm – 6&Unders
• 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm – 7/8s
• 5:45 pm - 6:30 pm – 9/10s
• 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm – 11/12s
• 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm – 13s and up (Fridays will be 11s and up from 6:30-7:30)

NCSL

Did you register with the Northern California Swim League (NCSL)? If you have not completed this step yet, please do so ASAP. Click here to register. After you complete registration with NCSL, please email a copy to our AP Registrar at [email protected].

Welcome Back BBQ & New Family Orientation

Please join us for the Welcome Back BBQ this Friday, March 28th.

New Family Orientation at 4:30pm

All new families are encouraged to attend the New Family Orientation prior to the BBQ at 4:30pm in the Arden Park Clubhouse. We will be going over most things a new family will need to know including practices, parent jobs, meets, and general swim team information. Returning families are also welcome to attend to get a refresh of all things AP Swim.

Welcome Back BBQ at 5:30pm

All families (new and returning) are encouraged to come meet other swim families and have some BBQ provided by our AP BBQ Crew (hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, water, and lemonade will be provided). Food will be served starting at 5:30 p.m. after a brief welcome from Board President, Michelle Vick, and Head Coach Sabrina. The BBQ will take place under the large Oak tree in the BBQ area at Arden Park.

As our team prepares for the BBQ, we would love to get a head count so we know how much food to prepare. Please take a moment to click here and fill out the survey by Thursday, March 27^th.
