2009 Season Registration

Any interested new families that would like to join the team, can e-mail their name/address to jranker@winfirst.com to get on our early registration mailing list. 

2009 Registration Packets will be sent out in late January. 

We will have a waiting list for certain age groups which will be handled on a first come first serve basis the day of registration.

** There is a $200 refundable job deposit. If parents fulfill their job assignments, the check will be returned. Please bring the deposit to registration.

AP Dolphins Registration Form and Waiver - Each swimmer will require a waiver.

Northern California Swim League Registration - One per swimmer.

• New swimmers need to provide a photocopy of their birth certificate at registration.
• Late Registration:  may register by contacting Registrar, Julie Ranker, at jranker@winfirst.com.  A $25 late fee will be added to the regular fee.

All new swimmers will be required to demonstrate their readiness for swim team by swimming one-half the length of the pool without assistance or one length of the pool with minimal assistance.
