Times: 6:30am-8:30am
Designed to help those swimmers wanting extra practice time to enhance their performance.
Monday: During this practice, swimmers will focus on stroke technique. Individual coaching from the coaching staff and demonstration will be included.
Wednesday: During this practice is dedicated to fun time activities to build team cohesiveness (see activities below).
Friday: During the practice, swimmers will work on starts, streamline and breathing. New dive techniques are available and are essential to improving times and overall performance of the swimmer. Individual instruction is available from the coaching staff and demonstrations will be included during this practice.
Wednesdays are a day for fun and AP spirit. It is a day for the kids to bond with the coaches and get to know each other! We will have games, goodies, cheers and even some events for the WHOLE family!! Show your spirit and wear your Arden Park Dolphin attire on Wednesdays!!! Activities take place during regular practice times.
